NSF International
National Sanitation Foundation International sets standards for food service equipment, swimming pools and health care equipment and tests and certifies products in compliance with public health. NSF International ensures our component parts comply with the highest level of safety. Such as: Teflon® coated rotors to increase the life of moving seals and a plastic fiberglass reinforced resin tank with a 10 year warranty.
Member of Water Quality Association
We are proud to be a member of the Water Quality Association. This membership assures our customers of EcoWater’s adherence to high industry standards and the Water Quality Improvement Industry Code of Ethics.
The Water Quality Association Gold Seal means equipment has passed rigid industry tests, and is validated by the Water Quality Association. The WQA is an organisation of industry equipment manufacturers, suppliers and dealers, dedicated to water quality education.
ISO is the International Organisation for Standardisation of Geneva, Switzerland. ISO9001 is among the world’s most widely accepted quality systems standard. EcoWater Systems is the first manufacturer of water treatment products to be ISO certified.
EcoWater Systems was the first water softener manufacturer to receive ISO 9001 certification. ISO 9001 is a standard for processes – not products. The Standard does not guarantee product quality, although strict adherence and working to a quality system provides consistency in our processes. It is our processes which ultimately deliver product and product quality.
In addition to third-party verification of quality, EcoWater Systems has a detailed quality assurance program. EcoWater Systems employ a supplier quality certification process, statistical process control, final assembly tests, corrective and preventive action systems and finished good audits. That’s why EcoWater Systems is completely confident that the water softeners we supply to our customers meet our stringent standards of quality.
The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme works on behalf of UK water suppliers and promotes the protection of public health by preventing contamination of public water supplies and encourages efficient use of water by promoting compliance to water regulations. EcoWater Systems uses WRAS compliant components.
EcoWater UK is a member of the United Kingdom Water Treatment Association (UKWTA) is the national Trade Association for water treatment companies in the UK. By bringing together suppliers of products with end users, the Association seeks to develop best practice.
