1. EcoWater water softeners are backed by a comprehensive twelve-month warranty and ten-year warranty on the resin vessel.
2. In the event of a problem, we can run a remote check on your EcoWater system before we send an engineer – saving you time and trouble – but only if you register your details in advance.
3. All registered customers are provided with a unique service reference number to ensure we quickly take care of your needs in the event of a problem.
