EcoWater softeners are incredibly well-built and reliable but it's important to check the settings once a year as hardness in the water in your area will change over time, as can the amount of water you use. If your softner isn't set correctly you could use too much salt and water or, worse still, let abrasive hard water creep into your household. That's why we recommend an annual check and service to keep everything in perfect working order for years to come. We like to remind our existing customers when it's time to service your softener. Now, as part of our overall carbon neutral strategy, we'd like to provide these reminders by email rather than post - saving on the amount of paper and Royal Mail miles that we use as a company.
